Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the booking.
- Full payment must be received by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than15 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees.
Travel Documents
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
- The hotel shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the traveler’s failure to obtain necessary documents.
Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to undertake the planned stay.
- The hotel may provide general health and safety advice, but ultimately travelers are responsible for their own well-being during the stay.
Changes to Booking
- The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or changes in local conditions.
- Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives or compensation where necessary.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
Liability
- The hotel acts only as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers such as airlines, tour operators, etc. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the actions or negligence of these third-party providers.
- The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience resulting from force majeure events beyond our control.
Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times during their stay.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests, local communities, or the environment may result in expulsion from the hotel with no refund.
Complaints
- Any complaints or issues during the stay should be brought to the attention of the hotel management as soon as possible to allow for prompt resolution.
Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Himachal Pradesh.
